At the heart of the Eleflex series is the exceptionally precise and linear torque control. Through the intelligent interaction of coil, stator, rotor, and magnetic powder, the brake adapts instantly to process changes. A special design reduces residual magnetism and mechanical friction to an absolute minimum. The result is an impressively low residual torque of less than 1% of the nominal value, guaranteeing extremely stable and repeatable web tension. With eight available sizes, the brake can also be perfectly matched to your individual torque and heat dissipation requirements. For particularly demanding applications, heat dissipation can be further increased by special cooling rings or an integrated fan, maximizing service life and reliability.
