The Poliplast treatment station is a high-performance solution for the surface treatment of non-conductive plastic films. It is available in various configurations, either with a discharge roller coated with silicone or with vulcanized silicone.

The POLIPLAST series is available in both single-sided and double-sided versions and offers various models that differ in the number of electrodes and roller diameters.

This treatment station was specifically developed for treating plastic or paper films and is ideally suited for extrusion coating, converting, and cast film applications. The electrodes are available either with a single bar or with foldable segments for zonal treatment or for adaptation to the film width.
