The integrated turbine disc directs the airflow specifically to the critical areas of the brake, maximizing heat dissipation and improving reliability in long-term operation. In addition, only asbestos-free brake linings are used, protecting the environment and the health of machine operators.

Thanks to its modular concept, the COMBIFLEX brake can be precisely adapted to the requirements of any application. It is available in various sizes, and the number and torque of each brake caliper can be selected individually. This flexibility is complemented by a choice of fans, brake linings and hubs. For the larger CX.250 and CX.300 models, the special HP fan further increases heat dissipation and extends the service life of the linings. The intelligent EDM cover with integrated temperature sensor automatically adjusts the fan speed, optimizing energy consumption and reducing operating costs.
