This system can be easily installed on laboratory blown film lines or pilot lines to:

  • test masterbatches, additives, mixtures, and recycled polymers
  • verify the film quality
  • produce high-performance multi-layer films
  • produce samples for customer approvals
  • produce small films for food and medical product packaging.

The maximum film treatment width is 500 mm. The electrodes are opened manually for thread insertion.
