The Cartonplast treatment station is specifically designed for the surface treatment of rigid, solid, or hollow sheet materials. It is characterized by its outstanding performance, even with considerable material thicknesses (up to 8 mm for solid sheets and up to 13 mm for hollow sheets). This treatment station is available in single-sided and double-sided versions.

Unique Features

  • Automatic adjustment of the AIR GAP, which adapts to the thickness of the sheet during machine operation. This is particularly suitable for production lines with dies that produce variable profiles or sheets. This globally unique feature makes the treatment station extremely practical.
  • Pneumatic adjustment system that opens the treatment station for the passage of the sheet and closes it again to avoid stressing the sheet. For hollow sheets, this system prevents deformation caused by crushing and the resulting change in the AIR GAP, which could cause friction of the electrode material and failure of the treatment. A pneumatic check valve at the air inlet ensures safety in the treatment process.
