Our labels solution offers narrow-web treatment (single-sided or double-sided), maximizing treatment efficiency across the entire web to ensure optimum wettability and maximum ink adhesion on the surface.

ET98 The solution developed by Ferrarini & Benelli enables label printers to produce high-quality prints on conductive and non-conductive materials such as vinyl, acetate, polyester, PP and aluminium. The system is made of stainless materials and offers outstanding features:

The discharge roller is ceramic-coated to ensure improved friction and durability properties.
The open cartridge system makes it easier to thread the web and quickly remove the electrodes for maintenance.
Multiple ceramic electrodes ensure high material treatment performance.

The ET98 is customizable and can be integrated into a wide range of printing presses. Thanks to its compact design (generator, transformer, treatment system and extraction fan), it offers maximum flexibility for installation in the production line.

The ET98 corona treatment unit is available with the GTS MX single-phase generator, either as a standalone solution or integrated.

The system adjusts the treatment power according to line speed and displays the discharge density as well as the set and delivered power value.

This system is ideal for installation in narrow-web printing presses and can be seamlessly combined with a wide range of printing technologies, including UV flexo, water- or solvent-based printing processes, gravure and offset printing, as well as finishing processes such as hot-foil and cold-foil stamping.
