ReDrive – Roll Pusher

Despite its compact and relatively lightweight design, the ReDrive generates a thrust of up to 20 tons and a lifting capacity of up to 5 tons at a speed of 14 m/min. The powerful 48V lithium plug-and-play battery ensures excellent runtimes and, thanks to the automatic standby function, allows for an average of around 15 consecutive shifts per charge. Two large XL rear wheels ensure superior maneuverability even on uneven factory floors, while the color display with LED indicator keeps the charge status in view at all times, reliably preventing unexpected downtime.

The ReDrive's integrated controller automatically adjusts the torque to the weight of the roll and the selected speed, ensuring high sensitivity and smooth movements. This intelligent control significantly reduces operating noise and delivers reliable performance in every application. An integrated safety system activates during lifting: if the roll is not positioned correctly, the device stops for about five seconds, preventing any uncontrolled rolling back. The adjustable handle in three versions – straight, rotating, or rotating and folding – ensures maximum user-friendliness for every handling task.
