Linear Actuators

The AT Linear Actuators are the mechanical core of your web guiding system. They are designed to convert the electronic correction signals from the control unit (such as the MWG-22) into the necessary linear motion for material web position correction, without delay and with high precision. Their robust yet compact design was specifically developed for applications where machine space is limited, but maximum reliability and performance are required. The AT actuators guarantee fast, exact, and repeatable web positioning, making them essential for process stability and minimizing waste.

High thrust and dynamic performance in a compact design

The AT Linear Actuators were developed to meet the highest demands for thrust and speed, even in confined spaces. They are equipped with an integrated motor – optionally as a stepper motor or a brushless motor – which ensures dynamic performance and precise control of linear motion. These actuators are excellently suited for use in unwinding and rewinding stations as well as in intermediate web guides, where they must move heavy loads with consistently high accuracy. Robust mechanical limit switches are integrated to ensure safe operation and protect the actuators from mechanical overload. Easy installation and maintenance also reduce downtime.
