Adhesive tape: AT and TNN

Our adhesive tape solution, consisting of the AT and TNN treatment stations, was developed to ensure ink adhesion on the reverse side of adhesive tapes while preventing unwanted "noise effects" caused by unwinding the tape.

TNN model

The TNN treatment station is installed on the slitting machines to treat the reverse side of the adhesive tape and ensure low-noise unwinding. It is available in various sizes and offers the following features:

  • Special system for lifting the electrode group, equipped with spacer rollers to prevent contact between the discharge roller and the adhesive side of the tape when the machine is at rest or the corona treatment is switched off.
  • Movements are controlled by a dedicated pneumatic system.
  • Ceramic electrodes
  • Highly efficient cooling system for the electrodes, with temperatures below 50°C.

Our adhesive tape solution ensures optimal adhesion of ink and adhesive on the reverse side of adhesive tapes while minimizing unwanted noise during unwinding. These treatment stations are the perfect choice to ensure the highest print quality and ease of use.

AT model

The AT treatment station is designed for use on printing machines for adhesive tapes or narrow plastic materials. It ensures excellent adhesion of ink and adhesives.
