The single-sided treatment station FORMAT is ideal for treating small and large individual sheets. It can process various materials, including plastic, coated or laminated paper, and even metallic or conductive media.

The unit is particularly suitable for restoring the printability of materials that have been stored for extended periods.

Two types of material feeding are possible:

Manual, including matching infeed and outfeed trays
Automatic, by integrating the treatment unit into a production line.

The sheet transport is performed by driven rubber rollers connected to frequency converters at the system's inlet and outlet. The speed can be adjusted via a control panel.

This ensures the correct positioning of the sheets during the treatment process.
