With his many years of experience in technical sales, he will advise our customers nationally and internationally directly on-site in the future. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Technical consulting \u2013 right where it&#8217;s needed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">In his new role, Mirko Knappmeier is out in the field, supporting projects from the initial idea to commissioning. He analyzes requirements, evaluates existing processes, and assists in the design and integration of suitable solutions from our portfolio \u2013 both for existing systems and in the OEM environment for new machines and plant concepts. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Closer to the project, faster to the solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">By expanding our technical sales, we are sending a clear signal: we want to be even closer to our customers and partners.
