Our AWB series winders are available in a basic version, which includes a welding frame, folding bearings, and a tension shaft. Additionally, we offer various upgrade options, such as brakes (pneumatic disc brakes, mechanical disc brakes, magnetic powder brakes), or preparation for a rewinder, web tension control, material position control, various guide rollers, idle running monitoring, or upgrading to a multi-station winder.

Yes, our modular system allows you to customize the winder according to your requirements. You can select the desired brakes, tension shafts, and folding bearings to configure your unwinder individually. Additionally, we offer the option to customize the frame structure in a RAL color of your choice.

We offer various upgrade options for our AWB series winders. These include web tension control for precise tension control, web edge control for accurate material positioning, integration of guide rollers in various diameters and coatings, idle running monitoring for detecting material diameter, and the ability to install multiple winding stations on a single unwinder or rewinder.

Yes, if needed, the winder can be prepared for connection to a gearbox or drive. Please note that the drive or gearbox needs to be provided and installed by the customer.
